Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days.

Please contact help@impeccablestitch.com immediately to get an RGF code.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless exceptional circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please be aware these are handmade garments, and if worn or marked are not re-saleable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return meets or refund criteria.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@impeccablestitch.com.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange item for the same item different size, send us an email at help@impeccablestitch.com for a RGF code.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will email to notify of new shipment.

If you are shipping an item over £/$75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECURITY
Impeccable stitch utilises the latest Secure Server Software to ensure that all personal information, including credit card details, remains private and secure. We will not rent or sell your e-mail address or personal details for any reason. We treat customer confidentiality with the highest priority.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Impeccable Stitch uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Impeccable Stitch, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

ORDERS:
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Due to the speed of our order fulfillment, we are unable to amend any orders once they have been placed.
Please be aware that we are unable to cancel customers' orders once they have been placed.
Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless an alternative country has been selected by the customer, as indicated in the top right hand corner of the website. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured. If you are buying from outside the UK, you will also incur carriage costs and any duties for the UK. Impeccable Stitch will endeavour to deliver without duties within reason. But cannot be held responsible for orders that create import duties on international orders.

2. All the products in the Impeccable Stitch collection meet your expected quality standards. However, we expressly point out that these products are designed from an aesthetic point of view, and not with a view of optimum lifespan, practical usefulness or ease of use.
3. The products on offer in the web-store, are naturally subject to wear. The lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of care. The products of Impeccable Stitch are made from the highest quality materials listed in the web-store. For optimum lifespan and quality, it is important, where necessary, to follow the washing instructions carefully.
